Lynn Truswell, J.D. is the practice manager. She works with staff and patients overseeing and ensuring that the office experience is smooth, comfortable and enjoyable. The warmth of her personality, her wit and wisdom filter down through the staff and promises each patient’s journey through surgery or skin care is unique and gratifying.
Lisa is one of our nurses. She assists in surgery, pre and post operative care and education as well as performing laser hair removal and laser spider vein treatments.
Mary is a surgical nurse, first assist to Dr. Truswell in the OR, and is involved in all aspects of pre and post operative care.
Nancy D. is one of our nurses who assists Dr. Truswell in the operating room and also handles patient post-op care.
Cozette is a nurse who plays a role in all aspects of the office and patient care. She works with the lasers for hair removal and spider vein and hyper pigmentation removal. Cozette is also trained to perform skin care consultations and treatments. She oversees quality improvement as well.
Nancy C. is a licensed esthetician as well as a licensed Massage Therapist. Her gentle touch, kind words and experience treating patients make her an asset to our medical spa, Syzygy.
Jody is our front office receptionist and the first person to greet our patients. Her warmth and friendliness is a good introduction to our office.
Darci is the heart and soul of the business office. She is the one to unravel insurance tangles when applicable.
